1:1 Coaching
For women who are holding a lot and ready to reconnect with themselves.
Who I work with
The women I work with come from many different walks of life.
Some are leading teams or running businesses. Some are navigating motherhood, caring for family, or the end of a relationship. Others are facing a career change, stepping into a new chapter, or simply feeling that life doesn't feel quite the way it used to.
Although their stories are different, many arrive feeling the same.
Life has become so full of responsibilities, expectations and demands on their time and attention that there's very little space left for themselves.
Coaching creates that space again. Not to become someone new, but to reconnect with the woman behind it all, hear yourself clearly, and feel more like yourself again.
What is coaching
Coaching is a reflective, forward-looking space to help you understand where you are, what matters to you, and what you want to do next.
You might come to coaching because something feels unsettled, unclear or ready to change. It might be motherhood, career, running a business, relationships, separation, family life, confidence, identity — or simply the quiet sense that you’ve been carrying a lot and would like some space to hear yourself again.
It isn’t therapy, counselling, mentoring or advice-giving. I won’t diagnose you, tell you what to do, or assume I know the right answer for your life.
Instead, my role is to create the space, structure and thoughtful challenge that helps you hear yourself more clearly.
It’s a space for honest reflection, gentle momentum and reconnecting with your own voice.

How I work
This is a space to slow things down.
Together, we'll create space to understand what's really going on, what matters most, and what your next step looks like.
Sessions are conversational, unhurried, and always led by you. There's no agenda to stick to, no performance required, and no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out. You bring what's alive for you that week — whatever feels most present, unresolved, or simply in need of some honest attention.
Through conversation, we explore what's coming up, make sense of it together, and begin to see things more clearly. Sometimes clarity comes quickly. Sometimes it unfolds more gradually. But over time, things begin to feel more settled — and from there, you're able to move forward in a way that feels more like your own.
Over time, I've learned that women rarely need fixing. Most already know more than they think — what they're often missing is the space to hear it clearly enough to trust it.
My coaching is grounded in ICF principles — built on deep listening, powerful questions, and a genuine belief that you are the expert on your own life. I don't tell you what to do. I create a space where you can hear yourself clearly, gain clarity on what matters most, and arrive at your own answers.
There's no right way to do this. Just a thoughtful, honest space to think — with someone who is genuinely in your corner.
The goal isn't to become someone new. It's to reconnect with the woman behind it all.
1:1 coaching
Choose the support that fits where you are.
A single session
A standalone 60-minute coaching session — a focused, unhurried space to bring something that's been on your mind, work through something specific, or simply see what it feels like to think things through with someone in your corner.
Choose this if… There’s one decision, challenge or conversation you’d like dedicated space to think through.
A single session | £160
A short series
Four sessions held over four to six weeks — enough space to slow down, go deeper, and begin to see real shifts in how you're thinking and feeling. This is where patterns start to emerge, and where the work begins to feel genuinely useful. Most women find this is where things start to open up.
Choose this if… You’d like to explore what’s really going on and begin to make meaningful change.
A short series | £540
Deeper work
Eight sessions held over two to three months — a longer container for sustained reflection, meaningful change, and a deeper reconnection with yourself. This is the option for women who know they want to go further — who feel the pull of something bigger shifting, and want the time and space to move through it properly.
Choose this if… You’re ready to invest in a longer journey of reflection, growth and lasting transformation.
Deeper work | £960

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is a supportive space to pause, think clearly and move forward.
Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, coaching helps you make sense of what’s going on, reconnect with yourself, and hear your own thoughts more clearly. Through thoughtful questions, reflection and honest conversation, we work together to uncover what matters most and what feels right for you.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Many women come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or at a crossroads — and simply want space to think, feel supported, and find clarity.
-
Joyfully Honest offers life and wellbeing coaching for women in Surrey and online, alongside coaching-led experiences and retreats. We are led by what is most important to you based on ICF coaching principles.
-
Not quite — though both can be incredibly valuable.
Therapy often focuses more deeply on healing, processing the past, or supporting mental health challenges. Coaching is generally more present and future-focused — helping you navigate change, reconnect with yourself, build confidence, make decisions, or move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
At Joyfully Honest, coaching is not about “fixing” you or giving you all the answers — because you are not broken. It’s about creating the space, support and honest reflection to help you hear yourself more clearly and move forward with greater confidence.
If I ever felt a different kind of support would better meet your needs, I would always encourage that with care and honesty.

Not at all. Many women come to coaching feeling unsure, overwhelmed or unable to quite put things into words yet.
Sometimes there’s something clear — a career change, confidence, motherhood, relationships, separation or divorce, returning to work, identity shifts, or a big life transition. Other times, it’s simply the feeling that something feels “off”, life feels heavy, or they want to feel more like themselves again.
You don’t need a perfectly formed goal or a big life crisis. We simply start where you are.
-
Not in a prescriptive way — because coaching isn’t about someone else having all the answers for your life.
At the heart of coaching is the belief that you know more than you think you do, even if things feel unclear right now. My role isn’t to tell you what decisions to make or which path to take, but to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Through thoughtful questions, honest reflection, gentle challenge and supportive conversation, we work together to uncover what matters most, untangle what feels complicated, and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Sometimes that means clarity. Sometimes confidence. Sometimes simply feeling more like yourself again.

You don’t need to know for certain — that’s exactly why I offer a discovery call.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, navigating change, or simply wanting space to think things through with support, coaching may be helpful.
Our discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. A chance to talk about what’s going on for you, ask questions, and see whether Joyfully Honest feels like the right fit.

Thoughtful, honest and supportive — with space to be fully yourself.
My coaching style is warm, gently challenging and deeply reflective. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you notice patterns, reflect things back honestly, and create space for the conversations that can be hard to have on your own.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, no expectation to show up perfectly, and no “fixing” energy here. Just a thoughtful space to pause, untangle what’s going on, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Some sessions feel practical and action-focused. Others feel emotional, reflective or quietly transformational. Often, they’re a bit of both.
